For customized orders (Rx), cancellations are accepted within 5 hours of placing the order, while ready-made product orders (Sunglasses, Accessories, etc.) can be canceled within 12 hours from the time of order placement (excluding urgent deliveries).

Once an order is dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accommodated.

Return Policies:

• Customers are eligible to claim Rx errors within 7 days after the delivery in the case of manufacturing errors.

• The returned product must be in its original and undamaged condition, complete with all accessories and packaging.

• Make-to-order items can be exchanged or returned only in the event of an Rx error within 7 days after delivery.
