Uses:

• Temporary relief of burning and irritation due to dryness of the eye.

How to Use:

1. Shake well before using.
2. Instill 1 or 2 drops in the affected eye(s) as needed.
3. Discard the bottle one month after opening. For vials, discard 12 hours after opening, but unopened vials can be kept until the expiration date.

Active Ingredients:

• Polyethylene Glycol 400 0.4%
• Propylene Glycol 0.3%

Other Ingredients: Aminomethylpropanol, boric acid, hydroxypropyl guar, POLYQUAD® (polyquaternium-1) 0.001% preservative, potassium chloride, purified water, sodium chloride, sorbitol. May contain hydrochloric acid and/or sodium hydroxide to adjust pH.

Warnings:

• For external use only.
• Do not use if the product changes color or becomes cloudy.
• Avoid contamination by not touching the tip of the container to any surface.
• Replace cap after each use.
• Stop use and consult a doctor if you experience eye pain, changes in vision, or if redness or irritation worsens or persists for more than 72 hours.
• Keep out of reach of children. If swallowed, seek medical help immediately.

Storage: Store at room temperature for optimal effectiveness.
